Our Project SEARCH interns have officially started travel training on Citylink, and it’s going great! 🎉
This hands-on experience is giving our interns the opportunity to practice important real-world skills like navigating public transportation, reading routes and schedules, planning trips, and building confidence and independence in the community.
We are so proud of the progress they are making and excited to see their independence grow with every trip! 💪👏

ETA teachers create engaging real-world lessons and experiences that support each intern's individualized plan for life after ETA. Responsibilities include curriculum development, life skills instruction, clubs and activities, community experiences, and job training opportunities that promote independence and success.

🤝 Classroom Assistant
Classroom Assistants support the teacher, classroom environment, and interns in implementing individualized plans. This role plays a vital part in helping interns achieve their goals while assisting with daily classroom operations and other support staff responsibilities.

⭐ Behavior Intervention Aide
Behavior Intervention Aides support teachers, classrooms, and interns by helping teach and reinforce essential job and life skills both on campus and in the community. This position also includes additional duties outlined in the job description and provides direct support to interns as they build independence and workplace readiness.

All elementary and middle school offices will be closed through July 31. High school offices and district offices will be open Monday–Thursday from 8am to 4pm. High school offices will be closed for lunch from 11:30am to 12:30pm each day.
Central Enrollment will be open Monday–Thursday, July 6–16 at Memorial's Welcome Center for families who need enrollment assistance.
Families can continue to enroll online at any time by visiting edmondschools.net/enroll. Enrollment applications will begin processing during Central Enrollment or when school registrars return on August 1.

EPS Child Nutrition - is a department within EPS that operates the district's food, beverage, and meal services. The HOPE Center of Edmond - is a local non-profit organization that provides emergency food, clothing, utility and rent assistance, and medical care for families of Edmond. Thank you for allowing us to volunteer and for showing us the importance of giving back to the community.
